The internet has dramatically changed the face of the live entertainment business. Today there are many booking agencies who create websites with large rosters of talent of which they have little or no working relationships. This “warehouse” style of doing business may give buyers and performers a false sense of the ability of the agency to negotiate on their behalf.

At Pacific Entertainment Agency we are sincere in our efforts to keep the entertainment we represent working and not just put names on a list, ensuring our clients receive correct and viable information on open dates and realistic prices based on fair market values.

HISTORY

Pacific Entertainment Agency’s founder and primary agent Wayne Monson began his career in Calgary Alberta during the 1970’s at Studio City Agency.  In 1982 Wayne and his wife Renée decided to form their own company, Monson Music Management, which enjoyed great success in the country and pop music of the 80’s and 90’s.

After 17 years the decision was made to move to British Columbia and rebrand the company Pacific Entertainment Agency to reflect the vast changes and diversity which has taken place in the live entertainment industry.
